Absinthe is a very simple and easy tool to use for jailbreaking iOS 5.  This tool can be used to jailbreak the iPhone 4,4S, iPad 2, iPad 3, iPodTouch 3rd gen.  I’m sure I missed a couple but if you know of one I failed to include please drop a comment below.
