Last month, Apple released the 8GB variant of the iPhone 5c which was up for sale in the the UK, France, Germany, Australia and China. The company has now introduced the 8GB version to more markets extending its avaibility to more European markets.
Starting from today, the device is available on Apple Store Belgium, the Czech Republic, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Sweden. As spotted by iPhoneClub.nl, the device was available in some Netherlands carrier stores yesterday but now you can get it directly from the Apple Store.
As for the pricing, it’s approximately the same in all regions. In Netherlands, the 8GB iPhone 5c carries a price tag of €549 which is €50 cheaper than the 16GB variant. In the Czech Republic, it costs 13 490,00 K? for the 8GB model compared to 14 790,00 K? for 16 GB. Similarly in Italy, the 8GB model is priced at €579 which again is €50 cheaper compared to the 16 GB model which costs €629. Other regions also carry a similar price tag in a different currency. However, for unknown reasons, the 8GB model is not yet available in the US Apple Store.
