One of the top features Apple has left users hanging by is definitely the ability to record the screen on any iOS device.  Many users don’t have access to computer and need to be able to record their screen and record audio at the same time.  Fortunately, we have other means available to conquer these monumental issues with no thanks to Apple.

One thing users will need to keep in mind when using these screen recorders is the fact they are not Apple approved.  Therefore, App will sometimes go on attack so to speak, and try to keep us from having these available.  You may be wondering what they do?  Apple can revoke the profiles used to install these applications on our devices causing them to stop functioning immediately. However, in most cases within the same day, the developers will reinstate the profiles with a new one and its back running.  But this will require users to delete the old app and redownload the new one.

I know all this sounds complicated and aggravating but it only takes a natter of minutes to re download and have the screen recorder back up running again.

We have composed a list of the best Free iOS 10 screen recorders available today.  We recommend have at least two of these installed at all times just in case Apple decides to go on the Attack.

The first screen recorder is only available to Mac users.  Whether you are aware of it or not you have a screen recorder built into your Mac already. Since the release of iOS 8 and OS X Yosemite, users have been able to record the iOS device directly from the Mac using QuickTime.  This could be the reason Apple prefer we use their tools.  Anyway, this is extremely simple to record and setup but the audio and video aren’t in sync all the time. It lacks a great deal of features too.  Basically, all you can do is record the screen.  They could have added transitions and other recording needed features.

How To Record iOS Screen using QuickTime

1.   Open QuickTime on the Mac
2.   Connect the iOS device using a USB cable
3. Choose QuickTime Player > File > “New Movie Recording” from the top menu bar
4. When the video window opens there will be a drop down menu available choose the name of your device from here
5. Users will need to set up the Mic preferences under the Mac Settings menu before recording.

Once you have everything chosen the way you want it just hit the red record button.  Afterwards, the video can be saved and imported into any video software of the users choice to edit it.

How To Install TuTuApp Helper on iOS 10 No Jailbreak/Computer Needed

**This must be installed using the Safari Browser

Step 1:  Open Safari and enter http://tutuapp.vip in URL

Step 2:  After the TuTuApp home page loads tap the ”regular” section along the top right side

Step 3:  After tapping the regular category you should get a green “download “button at the bottom the screen

Step 4:  Tap green download button to start the download for the tutuapp helper.  After the app installs you will need to “trust” the profile

Step 5: Open settings > general > profiles & device management –from here you will need to “trust” the profile.  This will allow the app to open afterward.  Choose the profile title “Winner Media Co, Ltd.” 

Step 6.  Now you should be able to open the TuTuApp and enjoy. Keep in mind after downloading new apps from the TuTuApp you will need to “trust” profiles if they refuse to open.  Sometimes they do it automatically and other times you need to manually trust them.  Just keep this in mind.  Should you download an app from inside TuTuApp and it refuses to open simply repeat step 5 for the newly downloaded application.

TuTuApp offers a VIP service and these same great features for Android users.  So if you have an Android tablet or phone and want to get all these same awesome hacks on it just use the Android version.

How To Record iOS Screen Using AirShou App No Jailbreak

AirShou is definitely one of the most popular recorders among the iOS community.  The reason being is it’s been around quite a while and tends to be one of the most reliable screen recorders available today.  AirShou does a great job recording the screen without crashing or causing lag in the game applications. Also when you are recording the red record bar at the top will disappear inside games.  The reason for this bar is to remind users they are recording.

Users will need to install the TuTuhelper App in order to install the next screen recorders discussed.  TuTu is like an Apple Store but not official. These are apps which Apple would not approve for one reason or another.  However, they are 100% safe.

How to Record Screen iOS 10 – 10.2 [FREE] using AirShou NO Jailbreak 1080p iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch

•   Open Tutu Helper App by tapping the TuTu helper icon on the iOS screen just as any other app
•   Once it opens you will get a sense of what the apps all about
•   It allows users to install paid applications for free (we do not promote piracy) and Apps which don’t adhere to Apple rules such as screen recorders
•   type AirShou in the search bar at the top of the screen
•   Once it loads up to tap the app icon
•   tap “get it free”
•   It will begin downloading.  You will be able to watch the progress of the download at the bottom of the screen
•   Once it completes you can find it by tapping manager
•   You may also update apps as they need updating inside the “manager”
•   tap updates at the top of the screen
•   choose the app you wish to update and tap “update”. It’s important to keep the apps updated.

How To Install PixlRec Screen Recorder App on iOS 10 iPhone, iPad, iPod

1. Open Safari Browser and type in the URL tutuapp.vip or click the link
2. Tap regular button to install the free tutuapp
3. Most likely you will need to “trust” the profile before the tutuapp will open so don’t think there’s an issue.
4. Open settings > general > profiles & device managements inside here you will “trust” the profile.  You should see something asking you to trust along the center of the screen.  Tap it and when you get a popup tap “trust” again.
5. Now the tutuapp should open

8.  Now tap the green button at the bottom of the screen “install”

11.  Once the PixlRec Screen Recorder app installs you are ready to use.   Open the app inside and you can change some of the settings such as recording 720p, 1080p, 1440p
12.  It also has options for including audio or not. In most cases, users will want to use the audio for explaining tutorials or recording gameplay commentary.

1. Open Mobile Safari Browser
2.   Type in search bar URL https://vizorec.com/
3.   After the site loads toward the bottom, you will see the download button.  Tap it to being the install
4.   Once the install completes you will need to verify or trust the profile
5.   Open settings > general > profile & device management
6.   From in Here tap “trust” or “verify” in the center or page
7.   Now you can open the app and begin using it.
8.   I recommend watching a few of the videos to increase record time first thing.
   

This is a great alternative or backup should the other recorders get revoked by Apple.  That’s definitely one of the drawbacks to using these apps but it’s what we have to do currently.  Hopefully, Apple will soon allow screen recorders in the iTunes App store.
