We are composed a list sharing the best five tweaks users can install to improve their texting experience on iOS 7. These tweaks can be used daily and will enrich the over experience of iOS 7. These are tweaks Apple will probably borrow for an upcoming iOS release. We may not see all five of these in iOS 8 but I’m sure we will see a couple of these or at least their concepts applied in a different manner.
We enjoy sharing the Top five Cydia Tweaks each week. Although the title states these are Pangu tweaks they will work on any device running iOS 7.0 to 7.1.2 regardless of jailbreak method. This weeks tweaks are some of the best and includes two of my favorite free cydia tweaks personally.
These are five of the best iOS 7 Cydia Tweaks released during the week of May 24, 2014. We have in-depth reviews of each tweak on the channel if you would like to watch. These five tweaks will improve the way you use your device. Two of these tweaks are must have tweAks so be sure to check them out.
ActiveBoard Cydia Tweak makes it easier to see the unread messages, text, and notifications at a glance. It adds colored rings around the icons which which tells the users of new notifications or text. Users can see which applications are running in the background in just a quick glance of the screen.
Apex 2 brings a new way to group and organize related applications. Users can simply swipe up, down, or double tap the icon to invoke Apex 2. When Apex 2 is invoked using one of the three gestures users will be greeted with a fan of + signs. Users will simply tap the + sign of their choice and then choose the application they wish to have added in that location.
Helius is available in Bigboss Repo for $0.99. This tweak takes the current stock media controls on lockscreen and turns it into something beautiful and usable. It makes the album art pop off the page with its unique border. Song and Album titles are at the top and much easier to see and read at just a glance.
Lockinfo7 is available in ModMyi Repo for $4.99. It makes interacting with notifications much easier and faster. It adds a great physical look to the notification screen and lockscreen also. Users can simply swipe left or right to interact with new notifications. By swiping from the left users can mark the notification as read and swiping from the right will open it in the application needed.
There has been countless emails, comments, iMessages, and more wanting to know whats on my iPhone. Well after many hours of editing and putting together my favorite tweaks along with the ones I use on an every day basis I came up with 50 tweaks. By no means are all these on my iPhone all at once but I do use these tweaks on a regular basis.
One of the best features about using iOS devices is being able to multitask. Although, Apple has done a great job including this feature, it still needs added work. The Jailbreak community has always been the greatest at picking up the slack so to speak where Apple falls short.
Auki is a new jailbreak tweak developed by Surenix and Benno available in BigBoss Repo for $3.99. These guys have done a superb job adding features to the stock Messages App which Apple should have done in the beginning. Auki adds quick reply and compose features to the Messages app along with a few other awesome features.
