When you use Chameleon while shopping for certain items, the app will allow you to search for specific items from a store. Additionally, the app will let you know which aisle that item belongs in as well as its inventory status. Chameleon also helps mall goers since it provides information on nearby bathrooms and elevators. As soon as the app discovers that Apple Pay is accepted in the store, there will be a message below the store’s logo that reads: ‘Apple Pay available in this store.’
Other features available on Chameleon iOS app include product reviews, ratings, deals, coupons that users can redeem directly on their device. Once the app is opened in a certain retailer store, the user gets to earn points that can be converted into gift cards. As of this writing, the participating retailer stores include Kmart, Target, Sears, Best Buy, Toys ‘R’ Us and Babies ‘R’ Us.
