iOS 16 notifications

One of the first things users will notice about iOS 16 is the lockscreen customization.  Check out How to Customize your Lockscreeen in this post.  However, one of the things that definitely catches your eye first is the direction in which the notifications come across the screen.

As a long user of the Apple iPhone, I can say the notifications have needed updating for many updates.  Thankfully, Apple. has heard our cries about these issues and has acted.  They have updated notifications alongside the lockscreen updates with many others too.

Users will have a few different ways to interact with notifications after Apple has updated iOS 16.  Users will be able to set notifications to come in as one on top of the other, they may choose to list only one at a time, or even display a number that only shows a number of new notifications.

Users who enjoy their privacy will definitely enjoy the new settings for notifications. Personally., I will probably go with the number display.  This would appear to me to be the safest and surest way to keep your text and notifications from being read by others around you.
