Evil Boss Project “RIP” is a fun side scrolling distance game. You are an underpaid employee of a company ruled by an evil boss who just screams and yells at you all day. He irritates you so much, you crack and that is where the gameplay comes in. You kick the boss out the window and try and get him as far as possible with the help of items sitting in the street. There are three main stages in the game, each achieved by distance. The first is a house, second is a hospital, and finally a grave to put the nasty boss to rest.
This game has an addictive quality to it. When you begin playing the game there will be a meter with an arrow going back and forth, and you have to stop it in the middle to achieve the greatest kicking power. In the beginning it is basically luck that you hit the middle but you can buy upgrades to make the meter easier to use. Once you have kicked the boss out the window he will fall into the street and go as far as he can, although there is nothing to keep him flying. But when you finish a run you earn coins to use in a shop to buy items and upgrades for keeping the boss going. You can buy angry employee’s, rabid dogs, cars, birds, and many others. Eventually the streets will be packed with items for the boss to bounce off of and keep him flying. The graphics are a classic cartoony look which makes you chuckle at the man bouncing off cars and fire hydrants.
Evil Boss Project RIP is a very addictive game that starts off a bit slow but quickly picks up in intensity. I would recommend this game to anyone who enjoys distance based games or just looking for a game to kick back and relax with. Check it out!
