How to fix Cydia Errors
- Be sure the Repo still exist
- Open app switcher and close Cydia
- Look at the writing the errors show to determine the source causing issues
- Remove the Cydia Source shown in the error
- Be sure to wait for Cydia to fully load before searching or downloading tweaks or other items from Cydia
- After removing the bad repo or sources run iCleaner Pro
- Restart the device if it doesn’t respring after running iCleaner Pro
After running iCleaner Pro the device should respring itself. You should see a count down popup on the screen showing the number of seconds until it resprings. Once the device resprings, you should be fully repaired and functional.
If you try to open Cydia and it crashes or just sorta blinks and won’t open, don’t panic. Find the Yalu102 app icon and tap it, if it shows “already jailbroken”, you will most likely need to rejailbreak and start fresh. If you see the word “go” you should tap it and run the Yalu102 jailbreak again. This does what the developers refer to as “patching the kernel”. Once the device goes through its process it should load up and be ready to use in full working order.
