With the winter games coming to a close in Sochi, it would be nice if there was a game out there that captures the essence. Flick Champions Winter Sports captures that feeling. In the game you play many sports like the ones played in Sochi Russia. You can play many sports like; Slalom, Ski Jumping, Hockey, Skating, Biathlon, and more. Each of these games is a fun experience, and executed perfectly.
Instead of going for a full on realistic look, the company made the game extremely cartoony and each character is made up of boxes. This is a cool factor of the game, because it adds sort of a comedic feel to it. The backgrounds on the other hand are done extremely well. All of the snow and ice looks amazing.
The gameplay in this game is epic. It’s done as if you were actually competing at the winter games. When you start a course you will be singular, but as you go along you begin to see your competition competing as well. You can see how well they are doing at the same time you are doing the event. At the end the scores are added up and the person with the most score wins the event, and the medal.
In conclusion this is an awesome game. Definitely one to add to your collection. If you enjoyed watching the Sochi games then try out this game. Have fun with the game and bring home the gold medal.
