Dead iPhone Battery

The iPhone is always criticized for its battery life.  Battery life was one of the major features customers voted when asked what they wanted in their next iPhone.

Theoretically,  the new iPhone should allow Apple to cram a better battery into its new iPhone.  The new iPhone 6 Plus is supposed to have a much longer battery life.

Starting from the iPhone 4s to the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus,  here is a diagram comparing battery life:

Most notably, the iPhone 6 Plus has nearly doubled the battery of the iPhone 4s.  But if you look at the iPhone 6,  the phone only has marginal changes from the previous generation iPhones.  It’s quite clear if you want an incredible battery,  the iPhone 6 Plus will be the better option.  That is,  if you can handle the gigantic display.

Apple has — over the years — touted its outstanding battery life.  How the iPhone always managed charge up quick,  and have a long battery life.  Up until this point we have seen less than stellar battery life.  Hopefully the iPhone 6 Plus performs like it does on paper.

The iPhone 6 and 6 Plus will be available on store shelves on September 19 in the United States and several other countries.  Will the better battery life influence your choice on device?
