Most will agree editing text on the ipad can be irritating. I once heard that typing on the virtual keyboard wan’t the problem but editing. I can totally agree with that statement. Tapping out a couple emails isn’t too bad but try editing a couple page document and see how you like it. The things that seem so simple such as copy and paste are the most complicated at times on the ipad.
Seem developer Kyle Howells has developed a new Cydia tweak to help with this problem The tweak is called swipeselection and will be submitted to the BigBoss REPO Saturday. Hopefully with any luck we will see the tweak over the weekend. This tweak is now available for download and free. This is just one more time Apple dropped the ball and the jailbreak community has picked it up and ran with it. Kudos for the jailbreakers.
