MessageSwiper is a free Cydia tweak which allows users to easily move between message threads. Simply move your way through your message threads by swiping left and right on the screen. Just a word of caution, I would make certain the right message was going to the correct person by looking at the top of screen. This would be a very easy way to send the wrong message to a person unintended for that message.
