MiniBanner is a cydia tweak available in Modmyi repo for free. This tweak makes the banner notifications smaller on the screen. It looks erally nice on the iPhone especially. The user can also open the notification by swiping down on the banner when it appears on screen. The tweak looks like something Apple should have included.
