Are you still trying to decide whether to upgrade or not? Some users can upgrade free and others will have to pay $19.99 or more. If you have a Mac running Lin 10.7 you will only have to pay $19.99 if you bought your machine before June 2012. They have provided an outlined on the Apple website which shows how much you pay to upgrade and if you can upgrade. Some older machines aren’t compatible with the new Mountain Lion.
