Saurik stated he wasn’t given a heads up or any time prior to release for any kind of updates. We have since received a somewhat newer look to Cydia UI but the icon is still the same.

Many jailbreak users have experienced disappearing tweaks and non functioning tweaks. This comes from the fact that Mobile Substrate has not been updated. Saurik has tweeted he was not given any opportunities to update mobile substrate for iOS 7 before the new jailbreak released.
