Protube has been around for a while in cydia. However, since Apple decided to drop it from their Native app list, Google has since developed their own Youtube Application. Developer Jonas Gessner has built upon the new Youtube app for a much more user friendly application in all areas. Users may now download mulriple videos at one time and save tyhem in their camera rolls for viewing later.
The audio can be saved from video as well. This is a great feauture for music lovers. It’s a great way to get all the latest music free on your iOS device. However, I’m not sure its legal but at this time it is available. So use at your own risk. ProTube 2 does an awesome job making content available for users in many different areas. Users can like/dislike the video, read comment, leave comments, and much more. These are features which the Native youtube app didn’t offer. However, being a Protube user since its release these are features which Protube users have been able to enjoy. The newest features are the downloading and the different video quality selections ranging from 240p to 1080p. This makes downloading the video for playback much better. Protube 2 blocks all the ads inside youtube which is an awesome feature alone.
