Apple has released a statement concerning recent purchases and Lion OS X, Mountain Lion. If you have purchased a new Latest Lion version. Apples recently started program called, OS X Mountain Lion Up-to-Date Program. This makes it easy for consumers wanting to upgrade without being charged any additional fees or cost.
However, if you are like myself and purchased your Mac before June 11, 2012, it will cost you $19.99 in the Mac App store. Either way its not a very expensive upgrade but I feel if you purchased any Mac running Lion you should be entitled to the up-to-date program. Apparently, Apple doesn’t have the same view. What do you think? Do feel like Apple is being fair?
