These Cydia tweaks require a device jailbroken running iOS 7-7.1.2.  We haven’t done a jailbreak for iOS 8 yet.  We don’t feel its stable enough but when they get some of the bugs worked out and add Cydia we will get on board.  So you can be looking for that real soon.
