CallTap is a jailbreak tweak which makes calling from contacts page very fast and easy. However, once installed the tweak will be under settings as clicktocall. Go figure would you.
Simply tap the contact name you wish to call and you get the selection of numbers which are related to choose your call from very simple. This is a free tweak available in BigBoss Repo.
