One of the biggest revolutions in everyday life that came with the process of miniaturization was the insertion of a camera into the ordinary mobile phone. Two decades ago, it was almost unthinkable to imagine a solution for providing photos and videos that did not include a clumsy device like a Polaroid camera or a heavy camcorder. Now, every smartphone includes both of these devices in its internal design and producing photos or videos was never easier. A development team from Bramber Inc. decided to even further advance this ability with their application called Flashback.
This application runs on iOS operating system and is compatible with iPad, iPod touch and the iPhone. It grants its users the ability to simultaneously produce videos and take pictures. This feature was conceived as a means of capturing emotions and different, unique moments on an unprecedented scale. The other options include taking photos, recording a video or creating a Flashback. This is a specialized function used by the app where selections of photos can be blended into a beautiful and distinctive compilation.
Users Flashbacks can include up to fifty videos. Effects like dissolve, video and audio fade out and pause options are available for editing, just like importing music directly from iTunes. Texts, geographical tags, stickers, rotation options and trimming are all present in the editor. Before releasing anything, Flashback app has the preview option for inspecting any changes. Adding many different filters is also available, and they can visually enhance any created image. Simply put, Flashback app includes everything that is found in any video editing software made for a regular computer. But in this case, all these options can be available in a single mobile device.

All Flashback images and videos are easily accessible by creating and labeling of albums in the application, which can be inspected or changed by a touch of a finger. After the user finishes making photos or videos, they can be shared by posting them on social networks, or by using emails and MMS. Other similar applications just do not have the same all-around abilities found in the Flashback app. In its case, every option needed, from creating, editing and all the way of sharing it with the rest of the world, is present right in the app itself.

The new features implemented in the 2.0 version of Flashback include a streamlined interface, an import option for old photos, including stills in Flashbacks compilations, an easier access to the creation screen, a new exporting system, as well as the addition of new filters and effects that can improve any recording or photo. The new version also added the ability to share Flashback products on all the major social networks, including Instagram, Tumblr, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Flickr.
Flashback is a true visual powerhouse application for anyone who wants to transform their mobile device into a superior recording and editing machine.
