Go Desk Cydia Tweak
Go Desk is a Cydia tweak or app which adds a 3D look to your wallpaper. However, any photo will not yield the desired look. It must be an iPad size wallpaper with high resolution. Go Desk requires iOS 5 and higher to function. The size for the wallpaper should be 1290×960 and above. I suggest using a photo which has an object in it which you can focus on or move when swiping through the different pages of the springboard.
