  Once you enter it you will be asked to install and trust the app. It’s 100% safe so don’t feel bothered by doing so.
  In order to Trust the profile you will need to open settings>general>profiles & Device Management
  Under “Enterprise Apps” you can find the latest profile you just install. Tap it and you will see an option to “trust” around the center of a page. You will have too trust in order to open the app 
  Now you have trusted the App. Tap the icon on your springboard of the latest app you just installed.
  Inside here you will be able to find the hacked apps
  Inside the iHackOS App, you will see different options alone the bottom of the screen. Tap “Apps”
  Next Tap “++Apps”. You will get a popup asking to install tap install 
  It is now adding Instagram++ to your springboard
