Apple released the beta version of iOS 8.1.1 update a few days ago.  I thought it was getting time for it to come public soon so I wanted all the great readers of iPhonecaptain.com to know to “Stay Away from the Update”.  The update patches the exploit used by the Pangu Team to jailbreak the iOS device.

If you are knew to the jailbreak community, this is a “Cat and Mouse” type game Apple and Jailbreak developers have played for many years.  Why Apple won’t just work something out with Saurik and other Apple Jailbreak developers I will never understand.   This is our device and we paid for it but we can only use it how Apple sees fit.  Well, that’s another rant.

Here are some of the messages and tweets Pangu sent following the iOS 8.1.1 beta release.
