Top Accessories for Apple’s Mobile Devices

Despite the fact that Google’s Android has become the most used mobile platform in the world, Apple has been a heavy hitter. In fact, it’s no secret that Apple is largely regarded as the number one mobile device manufacturer in the world. This shouldn’t come as a surprise as Google currently does not manufacturer a full range of products. Instead, Google simply provides manufacturers such as Samsung with the Android software necessary to run their mobile products including smartphones and tablets.

But, as mentioned above, while Android is great, many consider Apple even better. Popular mobile products from Apple include both the iPhone smartphone and the iPad tablet. Currently the most recent iPhone on the market is the iPhone 5S with its sibling, the less powerful iPhone 5C. On the iPad side of things there is the iPad Air and the iPad Mini with Retina Display.

While some could argue that these products are fine by themselves, others feel that sprucing up their experience with some mobile accessories is the way to go. But, what types of products are there that can enhance your mobile experience? Let’s take a look

 Cases

First and foremost, if you’re going to invest in an Apple product you’re undoubtedly going to want a case. The main reason for this is that while iPhones and iPads are well made, they are quite fragile. Included in both is an LCD display complete with glass cover, which means one drop can be fatal. Currently available on the market are many different cases that range in ruggedness. You can purchase a case that will simply protect your device’s rear from scratches which many may feel is enough. On the opposite side of the spectrum are extremely beefy cases with tons of padding and other protective material.

Keyboards

When the iPad and iPhone were first released many wondered how productive they could be with no physical keyboards. While this has proven itself to be an invalid argument due to Apple’s top-notch software, there are products that cater to those who prefer physical keyboards. Currently available for Apple’s entire range of products are many different keyboards. Some of these keyboards are standalone meaning you will have to find to carry them apart from your device. However, there are also many different keyboards that are actually built into the case. This means you can simply fold the keyboard up and it would act as it is part of the device.

Headphones

Finally, there are headphones. Now a days more and more people are using their Apple products in place of an iPod due to the fact that they essentially have an iPod built into them. Much like virtually any other space, there are a myriad of choices to consider. There are low-end headphones, such as the ones that come with Apple products themselves. On the flip side, there are extremely high-end headphones that go for several hundred dollars. These headphones will give you studio quality sound, great bass response and much more.

When considering which mobile accessories are right for you, you must first consider what would improve your life. If you’re clumsy perhaps a new case may be for you. If you’re looking to be more productive you may want to look into physical keyboards. And finally, if you’re an audiophile looking to get their groove on while on the go, a nice pair of headphones is for you.
