The upcoming release of Apple’s latest iOS 8.2 update promises to be an interesting and exciting tool for both device users and developers. Unfortunately, the release won’t be made available for jailbroken devices because it really isn’t a supported feature. This is why there are users who tend to look for options on how they can take advantage of these updates.
Thanks to TaiG, a new jailbreak tool will now be available for Windows users to be able to jailbreak both iOS 8.2 beta 1 and 2. With this tool, Windows users will be able to make use of a jailbroken version of the iOS 8.2 release just like Mac users will be able to.
If you are interested to take advantage of this jailbreak tool, you can download it straight from TaiG’s website. The tool is currently available at version 1.3.0. With this, you’ll be able to enjoy Windows on your iOS device.
While it may seem sketchy that TaiG is releasing a jailbreak tool for its beta release, there are some important things to consider. Especially since Apple is still using iOS 8.2, there is more room to work on the tool. At the same time, this is the only modern firmware signed by Apple that can be jailbroken. Lastly, you also have to consider that iOS 8.2 does not expire. With these things in mind, you’ll fully understand why it was necessary for TaiG to release a jailbreak.
The released jailbreak tool is only available for users that have already been used to jailbroken devices. If your device is already jailbroken, it is best to stick with the current version until a new jailbreak firmware is publicly released. This is because the jailbreak tool by TaiG is only for users who have not used a jailbroken firmware such as iOS 8.1.3.
How do you feel about this newly released jailbreak tool? Do you think it could be something you could get used to? Would you be interested to use such a tool for your jailbroken device? Let us know what you think in the comments section below!
