iOS 7 completely redesigned the folders that you place your applications in, making the background blur as well. However a new jailbreak tweak introduces a nice concept to the application folders.
A new free jailbreak tweak called FolderBoard by iOS developer cl3ment will open the application folders in full screen mode instead of presenting them in an oval shaped box.
The tweak doesn’t have any configurations to make. Once you install it, the full screen mode will apply to all your folders on your home screen. This allows you to have a clean and nice view of the apps in your folder. In addition, the tweak will allow you to pinch to close the folders. This means, instead of tapping anywhere outside the folder to close it, you can simply pinch to close the full screen folder.
This is a nice little tweak that will enhance your iOS experience. If you’re interested, you can grab FolderBoard from Cydia via ModMyi repo for free.
