Otterbox offers many different cases for the customer to choose. The Defender is my choice hands down and will always be my first choice for sheer protection. The case does add a bit of extra bulk and weight to the iphone. However, I prefer the protection the Otterbox adds to the iPhone 5. I personally prefer the look of the Otterbox Defender as opposed to just a naked iPhone.
When the iPhone 5 released many people were talking about how easy the iPhone 5 scratched. They were referring to the black/charcoal colored iPhone 5.
