pikki note app ipad

Piikki, now what in the world is that?  Well, it is a scanner for your receipts. You know those little pieces of paper we all collect in our pockets, handbags, put someplace in the house never to be found again.

This is cool app that simply snaps a picture of your receipt and save it on your iPad, iPhone or iPod.  Personally, I lose all my receipts, they seem to just vanish into thin air.  Some receipts are useless but there are those that are necssecary for warranties and returns.  If you scan the receipt right into your iPhone while in the store or perhaps while in your car, there is no need to worry that it will be lost.

So, let’s say you arrive home and that marching pair of shoes you thought would look perfect with a dress does not go well at all.  All you do is show the scanned receipt in your cell and show the clerk.

This application can also be used to save an important business card, drivers license etc.  It automatically is save in your Evernote account or email.

The trend is now going to a paperless society and isn’t this a nice way to start.
