Soul Calibur has been ported to iOS and is currently on sell in the iTunes store for $11.99, originally $14.99. This is one of the most expensive games I have bought for iOS this far. I hope this isn’t any inclination of what’s to come from gaming companies. We have been lucky so far on price. We have bought games such as Real Racing 2 for $6.99 and Infinity Blade @ for the same price. I hope buy purchasing this game at $14.99 gaming companies don’t begin to see dollar signs. Soul Calibur is an awesome game and action packed through to the core. If you enjoy games such as Mortal Kombat and other fighting, style games you will be right on target with Soul Calibur.
I can honestly say this is going to be one of my top five all time favorite games. With 19 different characters and Bluetooth compatibility, I think it can only get better from here. The only negative thing about Soul Calibur is the lack of ipod compatibility. I really don’t understand why they wouldn’t bring it to the ipod. That’s a major portion of the iOS community and lots of money they could be collecting. Either way, I think we will see Soul Calibur come to the ipod very soon. I personally think we will see it within the month. I could be wrong but I don’t think they will let all that money slip through their fingers.
