AskToSend is available in BigBoss For $1.99 by developer Hanene Samara. AskToSend adds a pop up after hitting send buttton for mail, messages, and iMessage. The pop up ask if you have the message, imessage, or email complete before sending. The message on the pop up can be customized under the settings menu. Users may also enable or disable the pop up from any of the three options as well.
