Each week on Friday or Saturday we bring to you the top 10 tweaks which has been released or updated to support the latest iOS. These tweaks selected are solely based on what we use and consider it to be a premium tweak. This week the tweaks to be presented are available on Cydia for free and not all the 10 tweaks will suit everyone but hopefully some will suit your basic needs.
As you are all aware with the new features of iOS 7, it offers not only notification center but also a control center. You can access the Notification center by swiping down from the status bar and access control center by swiping up from the iOS dock at the bottom of the screen. It is possible that by mistake you access these two centers by accidentally performing the swipings while playing games in full screen or working in some application.
It is true there is an option in the camera app where the flash can be disable or enabled. However, users sometimes forget to switch it off when they try to take a picture secretly and sometime when you want to take a picture and the flash goes off because they forgot to turn it on therefore ruining the fun of taking pictures.
DataMeter is a tweak released by Minuit recently. As the name suggest, it displays the Wi-Fi and Cellular data traffic information. It is a great tweak for all of us, because it helps keep track of the data usage (whether wi-fi or cellular) on daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Cylinder cydia tweak offers users Barrel-like features for FREE. Users will need to add a repo to get this tweak called http://r333d.com/repo/. Users can change the app animations to six different ones including stairs, cube, spin, and chomp. Spin is by far my favorite.
Mobius Cydia Tweak: Adds Continuous Swiping for Free. Users will have to add a repo to get this tweak. The repo address is http://repo.tylercasson.com. It allows users to swipe kind of like a circle through the different pages. It allows users to swipe to the first page from the last page of apps without swiping backwards to get to home page.
iOS 7 completely redesigned the folders that you place your applications in, making the background blur as well. However a new jailbreak tweak introduces a nice concept to the application folders.
It’s quite frustrating when you want to delete all the text messages or iMessages in your messages application since you’ll have the option to delete them all one by one instead deleting all at once.
StatusWeather offers users a gesture based HUD of the weather. It’s currently available in BigBoss Repo for free. Users can customize the refresh interval using a slider in the settings menu.
