Hands On Controller For iPhone and iPad

We all love gaming on the iPad.  However, most gamers will agree for the iPad to ever be taken as a serious game platform, Apple needs to add a physical controller and allow developers to incorporate this into their games.  Well, I have good news my friends, Gameloft has developed a new controller for the iOS platform called Duo Gamer controller.  It give gamers a controller they can hold rather than trying to fight the virtual controls we all want to see improved.  The virtual controls work fine for many game titles but for the hard core games such as Mortal combat, Modern Combat, and many others, they just aren’t adequate.

There have already been some great title join forces with Duo Gamer.  Some of the known titles are Asphalt 7, Modern combat 3, and NOVA 3.  I truly believe this is the first step in the right direction for more gamers to join the iOS community.  This will drastically effect the console games and the number of people who purchase the iPad and iOS games.  Most people , including myself, would much rather use the iPad as opposed to the console platforms due to the ability to transport it much easier. I guess time will tell how this plays out and how far they are willing to take it.
