How to install Whatsapp on iPad Running iOS 10 No Jailbreak
As you may have noticed we are sharing several Cydia alternative posts lately. The reason for this Is the lack of a Jailbreak for the iPhone 7 | 7+. There are many users who may feel left out due this fact. Hopefully, we will see a Jailbreak soon but I wouldn’t hold my breathe. Anyway, we have also learned there are a lot of cool Cydia alternatives available too.

This post will show how to install the WhatsApp on iPad on iOS 10 No Jailbreak needed. WhatsApp is a popular app used worldwide for texting on iOS, Android, Mac, and Windows. WhatsApp has a web based client available too so basically it’s available for anyone who has the internet.
Unfortunately, the way it’s setup now the WhatsApp is only available for iPhone users on iOS. However, we have a work around we are going to share with you that’s pretty simple.
- Download the modified WhatsApp IPA FILE here
- Download Cydia Impactor Here
- Use Cydia Impactor to sideload the app onto your iPad. Need help side loading the app follow our here for Sideloading called How to Sideload iOS 10 Apps on iPhone & iPad using Cydia Impactor
- After Sideloading WhatsApp onto your iPad you will need to “trust” before the app will open unless you have already been side loading and installed an app which uses this profile earlier.
- Open Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management
- Choose the profile name associated with the WhatsApp you just installed.
- Now you should be able to open the WhatsApp and Enjoy
- When you open the WhatsApp the first time you will have to activate it using an active SIM card in a mobile phone
