The iPhone was first released in 2007 and only carried by AT&T. Now the iphone is carried by nine different cellphone companies, and ten if you count the silent partner, StraightTalk. StraightTalk is a huge competitor from where I live. Most people have straight talk for the simple fact, lease and credit. Many people can not qualify for cellphone leases due to credit scores. So, StraightTalk and a few other prepaid companies started offering prepaid service. The service has now become the least expensive of all the others. You can get unlimited across the board for only $45. Mow thats a hug savings. I pay around $120/month for two lines on my Verizon plan. Needless to say I have been considering looking at StraightTalk.
The only thing keeping me from changing over is purchasing a new iphone. I think I am so far into my plan that I would lose money to switch now. However, for anyone just beginning I say check it out.
The iphone 4S can run on the StraightTalk. Have I tried this personally, no. But IO have seen to much talk and buzz on the internet. The way they explain it is StraightTalk simply piggybacks onto Verizon and AT&T services. Let me know what you think in the comments. If you know this works please share below.

you can just buy the sim for 14$ and use it with TetherMe APN changer to get MMS and all functions.
So does it have all functions working as other carriers do
