iTransEffect Adds Customizable Animations

Add animations to many different features such as opening apps, closing apps, opening app switcher, closing app switcher, and many more.  Increase or decrease the speed of each animations the user desires.  Speed can be changed by using sliders inside the settings menu of the tweak.
