Pangu Jailbreak 10.3 – 10.3.1 Release and Preparing

As many of you know the Pangu team demoed a jailbreak for iOS 10.3-10.3.1 at a recent conference.  This was a big surprise to many.  However, Pangu team went on to say they were working with PP Assistant company to develop this Jailbreak and it should release within the next couple weeks.  The time frame for release is now and we are here to share a few things users should do to prepare.

When will Pangu Jailbreak 10.3 Release?

Some are saying the jailbreak will “drop” after Apple releases iOS 10.3.2.  This makes sense and has been the way its happened in the past.  By waiting until Apple releases the last iOS 10.3.x firmware version it protects the exploit from being patched in an update.

Yalu102 Jailbreak Devices Supported

The recent Yalu jailbreak on iOS 10.2 supports all 64-bit devices, except iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus and iPad Air 2. The latest Yalu 102 jailbreak update brings support for the following 64-bit devices:

• iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone 5s, iPhone SE

• iPad Air, iPad mini 4, iPad mini 3, iPad mini 2, iPad Pro

• iPod Touch 6

       The iPhone 7/7+ are Not Supported on iOS 10.2 Yalu Jailbreak

iPhone 7/7+ are supported on iOS 10.1.1 using Mach Portal

How To Get Non-Jailbroken Devices ready for the Upcoming Pangu Jailbreak for iOS 10.3 – 10.3.1

1. If you are not jailbroken already and running a firmware besides iOS 10.3 – 10.3.1 be sure to check our device list above to be certain you are not supported on a current Jailbreak.
2. If you are running iOS 10.3- 10.3.1 you are definitely not supported currently for any Jailbreak.
3. Backup your iOS 10 device in iTunes

5. Save your blobs to a safe place preferably dropbox.  At least save the link provided by TSSSaver.

How To Get Non-Jailbroken Devices ready for the Upcoming Pangu Jailbreak for iOS 10.3 – 10.3.1

Step 1: Run iCleaner Pro

Step 2: Follow steps 3-5 above.  Be extremely careful when connecting iTunes to find the ECID # not to update the firmware.  Make certain iTunes has auto update disabled before connecting.

Step 3: Do Not Update firmware until the day of the Jailbreak releases.  You will lose your jailbreak otherwise.
