Are you getting excited about using Facetime over the upcoming iOS 6? Many users have been discussing this new feature for quiet some time. Unfortunately, AT&T may be licking their lips for more chargers. That’s correct. There is a lot of speculation and discussion being made about the new Facetime feature.
Developers were seeded beta three of iOS 6 recently. When trying to activate the Facetime feature over cellular data plan the features takes you to a page to call customer service, visit website, or cancel. This doesn’t look good for the new much anticipated Facetime feature for using over cell data. Many have been throttled in previous months for using too much cell data services. So I think the cell providers are seeing this as a way to make more money. They know most people with the iOS device have been longing for this for a long time.
What are your thoughts? Would you pay more money to use Facetime? Do you think increasing prices for cell plan services is a fair thing for cell providers to do?
