Activator Battery Alert Features

Ryan Petrich tweeted last week teasing the jailbreak community how Activator could be used for alerting users when battery levels reach certain level.  Whether users wish to be alerted when the level falls below a certain percentage or reaches a complete charge, thats up to the user.

If you would like to try these features now you need to add Ryan Petrich Beta Repo.  The tweak is probably 98% complete so remember if you have any problems its still in beta and you should email Ryan the problem so he can correct it.  The source needed is http://rpetri.ch/repo

How To Set Up Activator Battery Alerts

For example, users can set an action for device when battery falls below 40%.  Another example may be the iOS device can be configured to play a specific ringtone when the devices reaches full charge 100%.  There’s really an unlimited amount of ways to configure Activator.    The new updates should be available sometime within the next week.  The battery alert settings can be added by tapping Anywhere >edit > choose preferred action.

Ryan has also been working on updates for videopane.  This tweak allows users to run multiple apps simultaneously on the iOS device.
