VSNotifications is a Free Cydia Tweak available in BigBoss Repo. It was developed by the same developer as TitleSpeak. This tweak is very much the same as Title Speak but offers many more features. This tweak allows users to customize anything spoken when you open or close apps. It also adds a custom speech for after banner notifications.
What makes VSNotification different from Title Speak is the ability to turn on/off. It also adds a SBSettings toggle for fast enabling or disabling through gestures. VSNotifications can be enabled through gestures with activator as well. This tweak offers many great features and I recommend everyone try it out.
