The internet is full of information that you can find about virtually anything. While some of these information may be rumors, there are those that are credible enough to rely on. And when it comes to the highly anticipated unveiling of the new iPhone 6 series, there’s never a shortage of information available.
One of the latest rumors about Apple’s upcoming device is that the company is gearing up to release three new devices this fall—the iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, and an iPhone 6c. However, there are many who also believe that the iPhone 6c would either be announced at a later date or would be ultimately dropped from its roster. Regardless of this, Apple is definitely working hard at making the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus a reality.
But based on recent reports, there will definitely be a total of three new handset models that will be released this fall. This new confirmation comes from @evleaks (Evan Blass), a Twitter user that has gained reputation for accurately predicting Apple’s moves for several times already. Just recently, Blass sent a tweet saying “Sounds like iPhone 6s, 6s Plus, and 6c will all arrive concurrently.” This gives everyone much excitement about Apple’s upcoming line of 6s models.
Especially with the iPhone 6c, it would definitely give interested individuals a more economic option to purchase this high-end smartphone. While it may be built on plastic instead of the usual aluminum frame, the iPhone 6c will still be able to deliver as good as its older brothers. Other rumors about the iPhone 6c relate to its display size—which will likely remain at 4 inches.
But until Apple officially launches the iPhone 6c this fall, this rumor may be taken lightly. Still, it is something exciting to look forward to; especially for those who prefer a cheaper iPhone 6 variant.
