Currency ProWidget: How To Add This Widget To Your ProWidget

Currency ProWidget is a new widget that you can install and use it by ProWidget. Last month, the Developer Alan Yip released a very interesting and useful tweak known as ProWidget which allowed you to open multiple widget at the same time, making multitasking a piece of cake. Along with it, ProWidget had the capability of installing additional third party widget you deem it useful.

With Currency ProWidget, you can easily convert one currency amount to another currency. When you activate the Currency Widget, you will be greeted with the interface on the left (look at the above picture). This will allow you to choose the currency you want to convert the USD amount to. It will also show the rate of conversion. Once you choose the appropriate currency, you will be navigated to the next sheet (middle picture) where you can insert the amount to convert USD into any currency. By tapping on the “Go” button on top right corner of the widget, the widget will then convert the USD to the selected currency and display the result as on the right picture.

Once you get the result, you can either go back and choose another currency or simply close the widget.

Now many of you might be thinking what if you want to convert another currency rather than USD. USD is the default currency set by the widget itself and YES you can change this default setting. You can head over to the ProWidget preference pane, tap on widget pane and then tap on Currency cell and there you will find the cell to change the default currency.

As it has already been shown before, you can have your ways of activating the widgets. You activate the Currency Widget through activator gestures. You can also assign a shortcut toggle using CCToggles or CCLoader for Currency ProWidget in order to quickly launch the Widget via Control Center without ever performing the gestures.

Currency ProWidget is a useful tweak as you might have stumble upon activities that require currency conversion. It is best to install and keep it, in case you might need it.
