Download the latest version of Cydia Impactor for Windows from cydiaimpactor.com. This will fix the issue. Also, before downloading the latest version delete the old one beforehand ad restart the computer.
- Delete Cydia Impactor
- Restart Computer
- Download the latest version from cydiaimpactor.com
- Rejailbreak using this new version for the signing process
- Enjoy this should fix this error from occurring.
