Bulletin is a cydia tweak, which shows notification center on the lockscreen. For some reason Apple didn’t think it would be necessary to have the notification center available in the most obvious place. Thanks to jailbreaking and Cydia we can enable this through bulletin. There are other options available for which are much more expensive. My favorite is IntelliscreenX. If you would like to know more about IntelliscreenX click here.
Bulletin is available in the BigBoss Repo for $0.99. You must have iOS 5 installed to use this tweak. It works on all devices running iOS 5 including the ipod, ipad, and iphone 4/4S. What do you think about Bulletin? Should Apple have included this from the factory?
