It’s been a while since we did a Top Free Cydia Tweaks video so we decided to share one with you this week. If you would like to see these each week be sure to hit that thumbs up button. Several of my most used tweaks and favorites too are Free. So don’t think just because its Free its not a good tweak thats definitely not the case. Let’s get started. We will list each one and tell a little bit about what it does.
CCSwipe is available in BigBoss Repo. It adds an animation to the screen similar to Auxo. Users can swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open the app switcher. It can also take you to the Home screen by swiping up again while the app switcher is open. It has a couple settings users can customize under the settings app. The settings are for adjusting the custom width of the gesture for swiping.
Sol is available in BigBoss Repo. Sol allows the phone to be silenced when a call comes in or an alarm goes off by flipping the phone. It offers users a few settings to configure. Users can adjust different settings under the settings app. It has toggle switches for turning on/off the phone call option and the alarm options. So if users only wish to use the tweak for silencing phone calls they can toggle off the alarm options.
VolumeBanner is available in BigBoss Repo. Users can change the way volume HUD appears on the screen. Users may also add an animation to the volume banner appearance on the screen. It can be setup to appear at the top of the screen or the bottom. This is one of my favorite tweaks out of all these listed here. Users can choose from three different styles prebuilt into the tweak already.
SmoothCursor adds a really smooth appearance to the cursor as you are typing. It appears smooth also when you are deleting letters backwards too.
MuSwitch is available in BigBoss Repo. It is compatible with iOS 7 and iOS 8 on iPhones and iPod Touches. It repaves the people view in the App Switcher with Music Controls. It can be used in with landscape or portrait positions. It can also be used with any application which plays media such as Spotify, OverCast, and many others.
Fuse is available in BigBoss Repo and compatible with iOS 7 and iOS 8. It allows users to have both music controls and clock visible at the same time on the lockscreen. It does not require any options to configure.
FairyDust allows the users to customize the color of the status bar during phone calls, tethering, and recording. The color can be changed to the users preference under the settings app. It’s really easy to change but will require a respring after the change to take effect.
FolderBlur allows the users to chafe the background color of the folder. Users can chafe these under the settings app. They have already several different options to choose from which makes the folder background very blurry to transparent with everything in between. So choose whichever color you prefer.
BlurryBar works pretty much like FolderBlur. Users can choose different background colors under the settings app. However, this will change the background color of the status bar rather than the Folders.
Echo is a magnificent tweak available in BigBoss Repo. It allows users to change the different sounds on their devices to be whatever they want it to be. It’s really easy to change. They have a long list of different sounds and users can simply tap the sound they prefer. It changes sounds for things such as apps opening, unlocking phone, locking phone, and many others.
