A few months ago I reviewed the Cydia application called Androidloader. I really enjoyed using the android loader on my iPhone 4. It made finding applications much faster by eliminating all the scrolling through the different pages of applications to find what you were looking.
Android loader has recently been upgraded for IOS 5. However, I have been unable to get it to work on my iPhone 4S. hopefully, we can expect an update that will correct this problem.
