AppUpdateNotifier adds a widget to the notification center which tells how many applications need updated. These are the Apple applications NOT CYDIA TWEAKS. The settings can be configured to check for updates hourly, Daily, weekly, or monthly. It adds a banner for the notification too. If there is a particular application or number of applications you wish to NOT update you can add it to the ignore list. Once the tweak is installed, it must be activated under the notifications settings menu. AppUpdateNotifier can be purchased in the BigBoss Repo for $1.49.
This is a tweak that’s nice but why bother? It will just put more strain on the battery. I really see no reason for this tweak. Apple has done a fine job keeping me updated.
